Yes. We prepare and submit the HDB renovation permit application on your behalf and work strictly within HDB’s approved guidelines and permitted hours, so your renovation stays compliant from day one.
A 4-room resale flat typically runs 6 to 10 weeks depending on the extent of hacking and carpentry. A cosmetic refresh can be done in 2 to 3 weeks. We give you a written schedule with your quote.
For partial works such as one bathroom or a kitchen, yes — we seal off the work zone and clean daily. For full renovation involving hacking and rewiring we strongly recommend moving out.
Yes. Workmanship is warranted, and we return to rectify defects at no charge within the warranty period. Terms are stated in writing on your quotation before work starts.
