Help With Everyday Repairs and Fixing Jobs

Small repairs can be frustrating when you do not have the right tools or time to do them yourself. Our handyman services cover everyday jobs such as fixing doors, repairing loose fixtures, filling cracks in walls, sealing gaps around bathroom fittings, mounting shelves and mirrors, and handling minor plumbing repairs.

LM Infinite provides handyman services in Singapore with our own team. If you have a leaking wall or ceiling, we can also help with water leakage repair. We provide air duct cleaning and kitchen exhaust cleaning to help keep air vents and kitchen exhaust systems clean. For larger wall repairs, see our wall plastering service.

We explain the cost before starting, so you know what to expect. Subject to availability, we can usually arrange a visit within one to two working days.

Have a repair that needs attention? Call LM Infinite to discuss the job and arrange a visit.

Average cost

Handyman Service Cost

Handyman service cost in Singapore depends on the job, how long it takes and whether parts are needed. Published 2026 price guides give a useful starting point. Many handymen charge per job rather than by the hour, so your final price may differ from the hourly rate.

Hourly rate

Handymen in Singapore typically charge about S$35 to S$80 per hour, with an average of around S$55.

Minimum charge

Small jobs often have a minimum charge of about S$50 to S$100, which covers travel and the first hour.

Mounting and fixing

Mounting a TV, shelf or mirror typically costs about S$50 to S$120, depending on the wall and the size.

Door locks

Changing a door lock typically costs about S$80 to S$180, depending on the type of lock.

These are rough guides, not quotes. They do not include parts or after-hours charges. Roof leaks, wall cracks and similar repairs are priced after we see the problem, because the cause decides the work. Call us on +65 9095 4506 for a quote. We will tell you the price before we start.

Budget

What affects handyman service cost

Two jobs that look alike can cost different amounts. These are the things that change the price the most.

Grouping several small jobs into one visit helps. The travel and minimum charge are paid once, so a list of small fixes costs less than separate visits.

Singapore requirements

What a handyman can and cannot do

Some repairs in Singapore must be done by a licensed worker. We tell you upfront whether your job is a handyman job or needs a licensed electrician or plumber.

Electrical work

Electrical work at your premises, such as rewiring, adding or replacing power points, and repairing circuit breakers, must be done by a Licensed Electrical Worker registered with EMA. You can check any worker’s licence on EMA’s ELISE portal.

Plumbing work

Water pipe and drain pipe work must be done by a PUB Licensed Plumber, with some simple exceptions. A handyman may replace a tap, a shower hose or a flushing mechanism, and may clear a blocked floor trap or toilet.

Walls and building changes

Repairing cracks and patching walls is handyman work. Removing walls or changing the structure of a building is not, and needs approval. In HDB flats, removing walls needs HDB’s written approval before work starts.

Noise and timing

HDB asks residents to avoid drilling and hammering between 10.30pm and 7am. Condominiums set their own working hours. We agree a time that suits you and your building.

Not sure which category your job falls into? Check with EMA for electrical work and PUB for plumbing work, or ask us. We will tell you honestly.
