What Does a House Cleaning Service Include?
A house cleaning service helps keep your home clean, comfortable and ready to use. After renovation, cleaning may involve removing fine construction dust, paint marks, grout residue and other mess left behind by building work. Dust can collect inside cabinets, along window tracks and on air-conditioning grilles, so these areas may need extra attention.
For regular home cleaning, the work can include floors, kitchens, bathrooms and other commonly used areas. Depending on the agreed scope, outdoor areas such as walls and driveways can also be cleaned.
Post-renovation cleaning is best arranged after the main construction work is finished and before you move in your furniture and belongings. This gives the cleaning team a chance to remove dust and debris before your home is set up. Regular cleaning can then help keep everyday dirt and dust under control.

How does house cleaning work?

Tell us the type and size of your home and whether it was just renovated. Photos help. We can visit larger homes before quoting, and the visit is free.
2. Get a written quote
Your quote lists what is cleaned, what is not included and the price, so there are no surprises on the day.
3. Choose a date or schedule
For a one-time clean, the best time is right after the renovation finishes and before your furniture moves in. For regular cleaning, we agree a weekly or monthly schedule that suits you.
4. We deep clean
Our team removes stains and dust and cleans the windows, tracks, kitchen, bathrooms and floors, using the tools and products the job needs.
5. Walk through with you
We check the home with you before we leave. If we missed a spot, we fix it.
6. Move in
Your home is clean and ready, so you can move in without having to scrub anything.
House Cleaning Cost in Singapore
House cleaning cost in Singapore depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. Post-renovation cleaning usually costs the most, because it takes more time and special tools. Published 2026 price guides put it at roughly S$0.25 to S$0.50 per square foot, and many providers price by the type of home. Regular weekly or monthly cleaning is usually priced by the hour or by the visit.
3-room flat
Post-renovation cleaning is typically about S$340 to S$500.
4-room flat
Post-renovation cleaning is typically about S$390 to S$525.
5-room flats and condos
A 5-room flat is typically about S$580 to S$600 or more. Condos are typically about S$490 to S$715, depending on size.
Move-in and move-out
A one-time deep clean or move-out clean in a typical HDB flat or condo is typically about S$300 to S$700.
These are rough guides, not quotes. They are based on published 2026 price guides, and some providers quote before GST, so always ask whether GST is included. What affects the cost of house cleaning?
Two homes of the same size can cost different amounts to clean. These are the things that change the price the most.
- Size of the home and the number of bathrooms
- How much construction dust and residue there is
- Number of windows, tracks and grilles
- Extras, such as washing outdoor walls and driveways
- Floor type and how much polishing it needs
- Access: lift, stairs and parking
Book the clean as soon as the renovation ends. Paint and cement are easier to remove before they dry hard, and the job takes less time.
What rules apply to cleaning after a renovation?
Cleaning up after a renovation involves a lot of rubbish and dirty water, and some of it has rules. Here is what matters in Singapore.
Renovation rubbish in HDB flats
In HDB flats, renovation rubbish must not be thrown down the refuse chute or washed down the toilet or floor traps. The owner pays for any blockage or damage. Where the Town Council has a rubbish removal service, the rubbish goes where it directs. Otherwise, the contractor must take it to a site approved by the National Environment Agency (NEA).
Cement and paint residue
Cement, grout and paint residue should be wiped up and collected, not washed into the drains, because it hardens and blocks pipes. We clean with this in mind.
Condominiums
Condominiums set their own rules on working hours, lift protection and rubbish removal. We check them before booking a date, so the clean does not clash with your building’s rules.
Shops and offices
Landlords and building managers may have their own rules on access, insurance and working hours. We check them first and arrange the clean around your trading hours.
