One contractor, every trade
Most renovation companies in Singapore subcontract everything: one firm for the tiling, another for the wiring, a third for the aircon, and a coordinator in the middle who blames whichever one is not in the room. We built LM Infinite the other way round.
We employ our own tradesmen across renovation, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, aircon and cleaning, and we run our own vehicles. When you call us about a leaking pipe that turns out to need retiling and rewiring too, you are not starting three new conversations — you are still talking to us.
That is why our work ranges from a single door repair in an HDB flat to a full commercial kitchen fit-out, and why a lot of our clients started with something small.

Our Occupational Health & Safety Management System is assessed and registered by TNV, accredited by IAS. Scope covers general contracting and renovation works. Certificate valid to 24 March 2028.
